Unfortunately, at this time we only ship to all 50 states of the United States. However, some items won't be able to be transported via air because of government regulations
I didn't receive all of my items. What happened?
A number of things. One, the item or the amount of items may have appeared to be in stock on the website but at the time we process your order that amount may have not been available. At this time, we are not able to sync inventory levels with the warehouse so the stock shown on the website may be different than what is actually available. Feel free to

When will my order ship?
We strive to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours. If you place an order during the weekend or on a holiday, we will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after the weekend or holiday.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. We will email your tracking information once your order ships. Sometimes tracking numbers won't reveal tracking results for up to 24 hours. If you don't receive tracking information, first check your inbox and spam folders. If you don't see an Order Update email from us, please

Why was my order adjusted or cancelled?
In the event that your order was cancelled or adjusted, either some items are not available OR all the items are not available. You will receive a notification when your order is updated. However, you will receive a receipt if all items are not available therefore the order will be cancelled.
