Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states of the USA. Due to government regulations regarding fragrances (which are classified as Hazardous Materials), we are currently unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any international destinations.
When will my order ship?
We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours (1–2 business days). Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will ship within 24 to 48 hours of the next business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Your tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to register with the carrier. If you do not receive an Order Update email, please check your spam folder and then feel free to contact us.
Why was my order adjusted or cancelled, or why didn’t I receive all my items?
If your order was adjusted or cancelled, it means the item(s) were unavailable. Although we work hard to keep our stock accurate, we may occasionally experience an inventory discrepancy. You will be notified immediately of any cancellations or adjustments, and you will not be charged for any item that is unavailable.

Do you accept returns?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened, unused, and in original condition. Please view our full Returns & Exchanges Policy for detailed instructions and eligibility requirements.
Do you offer discounts or free shipping?
We do! Check the top of our website for any current discount codes. Also, your order automatically qualifies for Free U.S. Shipping if your subtotal is $50 USD or more after all discounts are applied.

Is shopping on this website safe?
