1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
- Standard (Flat-Rate) Shipping:
- Cost: $7.95 plus $1.25 for each additional item.
- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days after processing (U.S. Only).
- Free U.S. Shipping: Available on orders with a sub-total of $50 or more after any discounts or promotions are applied.
2. Order Processing & Carriers
- Processing Time: Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. (This is a best practice to add to manage customer expectations).
- Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the weight and size of the package.
3. Shipping Restrictions
- Service Area: We only ship to the 48 contiguous states in the USA.
- P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO: Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. (Another best practice addition).
- Hazardous Materials: All fragrances are shipped as Hazardous Material (HAZMAT) in compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, which may slightly impact delivery times. (Crucial detail for a fragrance company).
